If you have a new baby, or just don’t want to leave your home, I also offer virtual (online) Pilates and strength training with the equipment you have available.

I specialize in Pilates for pelvic floor healing, diastasis recti recovery, core strength, posture, and back pain relief. My approach is gentle, evidence-informed, and deeply supportive — designed specifically for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, or persistent core and pelvic floor challenges.
I had two babies in two years. I’ve been where you are. The feeling of a weak core, scared of leaking, back pain, and poor posture. I promise through exercise, we can make you feel stronger and more confident in your body.

In addition to the Reformer, we will use body weight, free weights (dumbbells), Bosu, and other Pilates accessories to reach your goals without getting bored or plateauing.
You and a friend can workout together! The studio has two reformers so you can workout alongside a friend while still having an intimate setting to get personal attention to reach your goals.
