In addition to the Reformer, we use the Springboard, free weights (up to 50lbs dumbells), Bosu, and more Pilates accessories to tone your body without getting bored or plateau.
Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise during and after pregnancy. We work on strength and mobility during pregnancy and once cleared by your doctor, we work to re-gain your core strength post-natal.
Whatever injury or condition you may have, Pilates can assist in helping your body become more mobile and flexible. After all, the Reformer was invented using a hospital bed and bed springs for patients in a hospital!
