I have been teaching Pilates since 2019. I am fully-certified on all Pilates apparatuses and a certified Personal Trainer.

I am a mom of two toddlers and a dog. Having two babies in two years gave me a new appreciation for Pilates and strength training!

I really believe that exercising throughout my pregnancies (when I wasn’t feeling too sick!) helped my deliveries and postpartum healing. Importantly, healing my pelvic floor and core postpartum with a combination of exercises from my physiotherapist and my Pilates practice helped me to get back to doing everything I love without pain or other physical issues.

I have taken extensive courses to work in women’s fitness - specifically those in the various stages of menopause, pregnancy, and postpartum. I’m well-versed on exercises to heal and strengthen the pelvic floor, core rehabilitation (including diastasis recti), postural issues, back pain, and pregnancy.

Outside of Pilates and fitness, I love walking my dog Pippa while listening to a podcast, cooking, reading, and watching guilty-pleasure reality shows.

I believe…

health should be a priority for everyone; without health you have nothing.

if you do not take care of yourself, you cannot properly take care of others.

healthy people are the happiest and most successful.

exercising provides more than just physical wellbeing, it also provides mental and emotional wellbeing.

it is more difficult to be successful in work and relationships if you are not healthy physically and mentally.

It’s your first responsibility to take care of yourself.
