Welcome! Here’s a bit of background on how I got into Pilates and fitness…
In university, after gaining more than the “freshman 15” I fell in love with working out and the impact it had not just on my physical appearance but also my mental state, quality of sleep, and overall enjoyment of life.

A few years ago, I decided to branch out of my usual gym routine and tried Pilates. I was so impressed with the Pilates philosophy and results that I decided I wanted to help others incorporate it into their lives.

Becoming a mom in 2023 also gave me a new appreciation for Pilates! Exercising during pregnancy and healing my pelvic floor and core helped me to get back to doing everything I love without pain or other physical issues.

I earned my mat certification through Body Harmonics. I earned my Reformer, Chair, Springboard, and Cadillac certificates through Club Pilates. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through canfitpro..

Outside of Pilates and fitness, I love walking my dog Pippa while listening to a podcast, cooking, and watching guilty-pleasure reality shows.

I believe…

health should be a priority for everyone; without health you have nothing.

if you do not take care of yourself, you cannot properly take care of others.

healthy people are the happiest and most successful.

exercising provides more than just physical wellbeing, it also provides mental and emotional wellbeing.

it is more difficult to be successful in work and relationships if you are not healthy physically and mentally.
